While calling from PSTN to 6178631002 (primary extension at BR1) and when
not answered, it was supposed to go to the UCx via PSTN (AAR is invoked).
The call fails with invalid IE.

On the Gateway (BR1-RTR)
AAR Group
AAR CSS
On Hunt Pilot for VM ports
AAR Group
External mask
Route Plan
Ensure that the AAR CSS on the GW hits the appropriate RP/PT

At least the said elements are correctly configured as far as I remember.
