Put the configs here... I don't know about 7965 but CIPC gets it's time from computer I think, therefore you can't provide time for CIPC from a router. For 7965 you need to have correct timezone set in telephony-service... timezone number And then create cnf is mandatory, otherwise it doesn't

OK so some older phones get the correct time but the newer phones do not. Newer phones have a built in clock and calendar so I believe this could be a issue with the command time-zone x needing to be added to the telephony-service section, so example would be clock timezone est -5
