then it will download the configuration
from call manager.. Call manager always create full PRI (i.e. 31 channels). I
believe thats the reason you are facing this issue..

anything but destination port number (i.e for CUE) should be 2748 (JTAPI port).

Upload Ringlist to SUB CUCM also because your phones are registered to Sub and
will fetch the file from Sub if its active.
