Hi All, a small question about the system call handlers, when you create a new system call handler, do we have to stuck with time zone for HQ site? or just leave it to Use System Default Time Zone. Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] Unity Connection - Call Handler
Hi, What do you mean by The same apply when a forwarding rule or direct routing rule comes in the picture. Because I was talking about call handlers. Do you say that a call handler can be invoked without referring from a forwarding or direct routing rule? Do you know any way to change the prompt we hear for a conversation like Attempt Forward or Attempt Sign In ? Mate there are so many things in unity connection and whole voice labs. I think it's very hard for ipx guys to put every detail in the 10 labs. I think it's students responsibility as well to read SRND and admin guide of every product used in the lab. I think ipx has done a good job. But mate I guess u have 100% rights to speak your heart out. Why does IPX etc.. don't cover call handlers , etc.. in detail ? Are they out of scope of CCIE ? Specify whether the call should transfer to the call handler extension or go directly to the greeting of the handler. When I checked default Opening Greeting call handler , relevant call routing rule sends call to this call handler using Attempt Transfer method. But this call handler doesn't have an extension configured. I think CUC online help is not correct. Any comment on how to interpret this help page description.
