I got the info below from this guide - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/bacd/configuration/guide/40bacd.html#wp1026305 It has good examples you can copy/past/edit. I believe 'Call-Queue and AA Tcl Scripts in Flash Memory: Example' is the best one to use.
