If the pilot number changes often you can set a translation patter in CUCM to forward the new pilot number (7010) to the original pilot number (7000). If you don't do it this way you will have to delete the application in UCCX and create a new one with the new pilot number. -Austin Chiapuzio >

Let me rephrase, If you are talking about changing the extension dialed to get into the application follow my earlier suggestion. I'm not sure how you have the call going to voicemail. If anywhere in your script there is language that forwards the call to voicemail then it needs to be changed
