[OSL | CCIE_Voice] PRI Down Logs

Hi Friends,

Can you help me on this.

I am using MGCP voice gateway with PRI line. For a time PRI link was down.
The service provider is telling that no PRI down.
but I need to check and confirm on CUCM and Gateway part where I can find
logs(RTMT trace), I mean what message I will see on trace which confirms
that links was down or call was not happening that time.

Really appreciate your help

Hi

Can you please enabled debug isdn q931 and q921 logging on the Gateway and
make few outgoing test calls and send us the logs ?

Please indicate the calling number, called number and time of call
