Thank you all for information and suggestion. I have tried with
stand-alone SHARP (meant with command line) but it yielded the same
problem. For running on the SHARP server, I couldn´t get it work as it
required the .htgroup file in the sushi configuration folder. Indeed, it worked with my boss

Hi Logan,
Thanks for this useful information. Didn't know it was possible to rejig
binaries in that way! I'm taking the liberty of cc:ing your answer to the list.
I forgot to say that this problem affected both the CCP4-distributed Coot and

Dear Eleanor,
I am not that well organized, but we have a LIMS system that keeps track of the
projects. To prevent mix-ups, I prefer not to work with different inhibitor

Hi,
I recently upgraded my Mac to Sierra (I know, early adopter...) and thereafter
the latest XQuartz (2.7.10_rc3). The latter step seemed to break Coot,
apparently because Coot requires the run-time library
/opt/X11/lib/libXt.6.dylib and this has been replaced by
/opt/X11/lib/libXt.7.dylib.

Dear Alex,
Did you try freezing with the mother liquor as is? If you freeze fast enough,
you may not need additional cryoprotectant with 25% PEG3350. You should first
freeze some reservoir solution and look if it stays clear, before attempting to
destroy a crystal.
Best, Herman
