Dear colleagues,
Our microscopy facility is installing a new cryoEM suite and The University of
Western Australia is urgently looking for a cryoTEM specialist!
CryoTEM specialist
Exciting opportunity for a passionate scientist with cryoTEM experience to work
in a multi-disciplinary research
repeated the experiment to get
better data, on crystals from the same tray, and the nickel had transmuted into
zinc. Zinc had not been added on purpose at any point.

Excellent – I have had tarball-containing responses from 3 fantastic people
Robert Esnouf, Stefano Trapani and Martin Martinez Ripoli.
I will have a look at what they sent and hopefully will find what I need.
Many thanks all.

While the protein is dying in the tube, do you have some quick remedy

is how we see 00l=2n reflections for a

Any explanation of this phenomenon and why it may contribute to the
R-factor not going down despite excellent, informative, atomic electron

Is Refmac just calculating my B factors or is it still refining them,
