Hi Manjula, I imagine that they could be reusable, if you stored them in a buffer with some sort of preservative like sodium azide (NB Toxic) or maybe a bacteriostatic agent like EDTA or something. However, when you use them, a small amount of protein is going to remain in the cassette after
