Dear Gerlind, The MolProbity analysis is included in the 'Multimeric validation' task and also in the refinement task in CCP4i2 - just be sure to have the current version 8.0.019. In Phenix GUI, I can still find such a task: Crystals -> Validation and map-based comparison -> Comprehensive

Dear CCP4BB-Community, Maybe this is an easy to solve problem, but I have struggled with it a lot since some time. In one of our solved (CryoEM) Structures, we see that one of the tyrosines seems to be sulfonated (common PTM in our mammalian expression system, addition of sulfate group to a
