I am looking for an alignment program that is able to display repeating units
in the sequence. In the C-terminus of my protein I found some specific repeats
which I want to visualize. Does anybody know such program? Thanks a lot.

I just solved the structures of an enzyme an some variants. In the active site
cavity of each variant I found one or two fragments of PEG1000 bound. I used
PEG1000 in the crystallization condition. Among the enzyme variants the number
of non-hydrogen atoms of these PEG fragments

Hi everybody,
I have got a problem concerning refmac5. When try to run refmac following error
occurs:
Free R label has not been set.
I processed my data with xds. Scaling was done by scala. I did this like I
always used to do. So what went wrong?
