Default Mageia installation, did not include g++. I installed it and
everything
seems to have compiled. Libraries and programs.
Next problem is that the installation script does not copy all the
programs in /usr/dt/bin/

make World stops at doc files and compilation exits.
Although make World.dev looks promising, and compilation continues,
binaries are not produced.
