recomendacion usa Grandstream, pero igual si vas a tener mas de 1 puerto
PRI (T1/E1/J1) pues opta por Xorcom es mas potente.

No hay como lo que ofrece grandstream.
Ya tiene los equipos y conmutadores listos para video conferencia y voz
sobre ip.

dominio asi me funciona perfecto, como tengo un VPS lo estoy configurando
de 0 y con nginx en vez de apache, como tengo una sola ip dedicada ipv4 y
ipv6/64 lo que queria hacer era ponerlo a funcionar todo full ipv6, es
