I just tried a rename and it worked! I wonder why you can rename and change the
attribs on a file if it is read-only, but you cannot delete...

I think this is a rights issue. What are the rights on your Access DB?
I had this error one when the user that IIS was running under did not
have rights to edit the Access DB.
That is why it is telling you that you must use an updateable query

I don't believe that you can create them out of the box, but you can
definitely use the drawing tools and create your own.
That would be a good thing to make as a component or a symbol, as you
will reuse it often.

When you use cffile to upload a file to the server, there is a structure
of file info that is available...
cffile.serverFile contains the filename of the file saved on the server
Just write that variable to your database after you upload the file and
your set!

Since MX is Java Based, are there any new ways to compile or encrypt our
code so it is safe?
Any other ideas would be great!
