It may not be exactly what you are looking for, but if you open a file from
the search results, you can use the "Show (next | previous) Match" buttons
in the search pane to jump to the spot(s) in the code that match the search
criteria.

The search results tab does this for me.
That's CTRL-H or on the Search menu, rather than CTRL-F / Find.
