Mary Pat Clarke is aware of residents' concerns. I expect the CVCA Land
Use Committee to make a recommendation as to how to proceed given
the fact that we have two locations to consider, the Schnapp Shoppe and
New Guilford Liquors at Guilford and 28th.

totally reflects the ideals of mixed use, good neighbors, perseverance and
comfort of a known entity. Please don't let the SS be subject to over zealous
community "planners" who want Charles village to look like so
