Does anyone know if an elderly homeowner living in Baltimore City does not have
to pay property tax?
My mother is 89. She has the homestead credit.

There is a homeowners' property tax credit program. Here is a link

It appears that October 31 was the deadline to apply, but at least your
mother may be able to apply for next year. Most of I know about it is
contained
