(breathwork) and kriyas (yoga poses and movement), learn the basic

Jude Asher teaches a Kundalini yoga class on Tuesday evenings from
7:00-8:15 p.m. at the Marylander Apartments, 3501 St. Paul Street in the
first floor Community Room. She will be offering an 8-week introductory
class beginning on Tuesday, June 19, 2007. Bring your own yoga mat.
