I thought there was a message posted here a few weeks ago-I believe it was from a police person. The message was to contact the police whenever a large group of youth is wandering through the neighborhood, the implication being-or perhaps stated-that such groups are usually not up to any good.

Actually, that came up in the meeting with the police liason. Northern District might possibly have a different policy, but the Eastern liason asked that we avoid calling 911 unless you see an actual crime in progress. He asked that curfew violations be reported to 311. -- Forwarded
