Welcome back Jos
Welcome back Josh, remember, like Hotel California you can never "check
out" of the Chevelle List . I think we've all had short vacations. And
PLEASE, PLEASE - DON"T do a search of list archives to see what we've been
saying about you.

I'm looking for the plastic pieces that go toward the
rear of the doors and holds the carpet and the rear
valance panel in place. If anyone has them please let
me know. It's a piece of plastic that goes vertically
in the door jamb. Any color will be fine, but black
is preferred.
Thanks!

I figured that If I didn't mix up the lifters it would be ok...I hate to go get
anouther one since this only has a couple hundred miles on it...
I've reused a camshaft. I had this big one in my BBC and I wanted to go with a
smaller one. My buddy had a smaller used one, with the matching lifters. I put
it in, works perfect.

Harlan,
I have one of those gold anodized ones from a swap meet. Right after I bought
it I didn't trust the stitch welds so I welded it the whole distance. I have
lifted my 396 with 400 turbo 5 or 6 times with it along with a couple of small
blocks with no problems. There is no indication that
