Clarification -- when I saw Olivier's email requesting moderation, I
approved the email so that is why it got sent. And I suspect that may be
why it ended up in the Spam folder.

I can't believe that the reason is because of a 400kb attached file.

If possible, I would suggest

If possible, I would suggest you of create a compressed file like tar,
zip, bz2 or what it is better for you. You will see that your .op file
from 400k will become at least 1/5 of the original size.
