I do know that on a PIX, firmware 5.0.3 and below required version 1.0 and

the GSR's only support CEF though.. I've personnaly used it on 3600, 4000,

Hopefuly this isn't as stupid as I think it might be... I should try to
learn more about voice over IP before asking this, but here goes
Is it possible to integrate Cisco's Voice solutions with another switching
solution such as Extreme or Foundry? In other words, is it possible to run,
err, yeah1.0a and 1.1. :) Sorry about the confusion. However, I did use
the 1.1 client with the 5.0.3 firmware with no problems. A few of the
problems I had with the 1.0 client were:
Slow authentication/tunnel creation times.
Inability to connect to more than two subnets at a time.
I noticed that the Lammle book uses 12xx IOS in the screen shots, Does
anyone seen any info that states that 12xx is tested on ..???
My impression was 11.3 was the IOS of choice for the exams

relevant code, if it would be any use. A lot cheaper than Cisco Works
