Why shows the ASA AM_Active and the IOS Gateway qm_idle ?
On both I used the command show crypto isakmp sa.
I think its cosmetic. There is no *_IDLE, at least not in PIX OS 7.2; a

Hello folks. Did some one know how to prevent this:
%C4K_HWNETFLOWMAN-4-FLOWSLOSTERR: Netflow stats lost either due to
%hardware hash collisions or full hardware flow table. Stats lost for

This is Cisco 4507 with WS-F4531 Netflow Services Card

This generally indicates that you have a Sup720-base that was
upgraded to Sup720-3bxl. The hardware just does not support show cat.
IIRC from the Sup720, only the packages that came from the factory as
Sup720-3BXL have this counter.

Based on the docs that I can find, it looks like I

I have reverse telnet working and verified(I also have

Aux-to-console *IS* reverse telnet.
The questions in my mind:
Hi list,
Im looking to consolidate some 7206VXR w/ NPE-G1 into a core router. Im looking
for some suggestions for the following:
Ill need about 4 GEs, 16 FEs, 4 OC3/STM-1 in one chassis.
I have 3x 7206/G1's now and they do not have enough processor power to handle

I am about to install some new 6500's with Sup32.
Is software modularity a sensible path to take for IOS version?
Looking at the release notes, it doesn't support MPLS/OSM/some SIP/SPA
but that's ok, I don't need those.
I am looking at IP Services.
Assuming you are

Have people seen these kinds of things before?

just be careful since you are moving from a software forwarding based
platform to a hardware forwarding based platform you may get a rude shock to
find many of things you have grown to know and love are simply unsupported
under PFC QoS. just something to be aware of.

We are a Co-lo provider looking to improve how we do usage-based bandwidth

considering doing bandwidth billing via NetFlow from our 72xx

Scope and scale are the two big factors when dealing with netflow

You will need full IP address accounting for your customers, ie knowing
which customers have been issued which address space.
Got that part covered.
You will need an understanding of how
