I have a customer who says a handfull of users are having difficulties
accessing an IVR externally. When they dial the number, they get the message
press 1 for this etc but the DTMF tone does not always work so they use their
mobiles. They are running on an H323 gateway. It already
Doing some testing with 10.5 and seemed to come across something related to
this supposedly fixed bug. VMWare tools install doesn't fail, but tools aren't
running unless I do the install in permissive mode. Once installed and
enforcing mode is reenabled tools still works after a reboot.

I have a large enterprise customer that works closely with Cisco. They just
deployed IMP 10.0.1 and want to setup a XMPP federation with Cisco.com. How
do they do that? Is there published information on how to do XMPP between
Cisco and the customer?

The resolution was disabling the Cluster-Wide Call Park service parameter.
Setting this to FALSE and restarting CUCM resolved the issue. In the New and
Changed Information section for CUCM 8.6(2), it's mentioned that this feature
will disable CTI monitoring of park DNs

The logs show no events earlier than 10:37:45… so I cannot see your “good” call
in it…
