Having some issues with a 7941 refusing ILBC and preferring G711ULAW (despite proper region/device pool config) and I think I know why, just looking for a confirmation here really As I read it from;

Customer is using IM and Presence 10.5 and Jabber as their softphone (for most of their users)... When IMP fails, I want the Jabber to log in as a softphone instead of to CUPS (I would rather lose IM and Presence than phones)... So, how do I do that? Jonathan
