For AC it's how many users use the software not how many in the directory. How
many logins are defined on your server?

Thank you both, I appreciate your insight; please kindly let me know if the
below helps.
The total number of users are as follow
UCM has users 370
UCXN has 370 as well
UCCX has 7 users (one supervisor and 6 agents)
CUAC currently has 300 users (enterprise attendant console)
IM & P has 450
It's not just you. we were hitting the hunt group disconnect with
Extension Mobility. All users were logged out and it would disconnect also.
we got an ES (10.5.2.13038-1) and that seems to have fixed the hunt group
log out disconnect issue.

Hi All,
Does anyone have any idea about what it will cost to upgrade the following
Cisco VoIP from Vs. 8.5.1 to 10.5?
2 Subscribers
1 Publisher
1 Unity connections
1 UCCX
1 attendant console
1 Presence
I just need the ball park, for budgeting purpose, I will get into the details
much later.
Hi Leonard,
Cisco licensing is all user-based now. So the question is how many users do you
have? Are you interest in CUWL or Al a carte licensing? Do you have a VM
environment already or will you need to purchase UCS hardware to run the new
software? How long of a support contract will you be
Basically as Chris said, a number of variables here. If you provide a total
user count for UCM/UCXN/IM, a total user count and license level for UCCX and
what type of attendant console you want. I can ballpark the licensing with 1
year of support quickly.
Also if you need new UCS servers or
