[cisco-voip] CMS/Expressway and O365 S4B

Recently my company started to migrate into O365 S4B from OnPrem solution (currently working in Hybrid). I spend some time to get it up and running (including changing Expressway dnsmasq files as Internet DNS SRV still points to OnPrem servers .). Call flow: Endopoint --- CUCM - Expressway-C
