You can only have one incoming and one outgoing profile in a dial peer.
However, a profile can have a set of translation rules for called and calling.
Thinking of translations in three parts. For example:
First, apply the translation profile to the dial peer in the specific
direction

Cisco originally had Phone Only mode (registering to CUCM version 8.x and
above) the version 9. of Jabber (Windows only). I worked great and by only
requiring the configuration of the TFTP, CCMCIP and CTI services. In the 10.x
version of the Cisco Jabber… they decided to use an SRV record
Why not just use the auto-answer with speakerphone option that is configured
under the directory number?
