Verba/Verint and Nice along with direct Calabrio are the big ones in this
space but may be overkill.

Enghouse has QMS. we use it without contact center but it does have plug
ins for it. Works for our needs. Both for inhouse and remote users.

I'm familiar with CallRec/Zoom. The native call recording solution isn't 100%
reliable so we are looking for other 3rd party options.
