I think I know the answer but would like to confirm.
What would be the ramificaion with Location based CAC if video gets marked
as EF as well as voice?
My guess is that video would then take up bandwidth in the PQ which CAC
would not account for. Am I off base on this?

I get that.
So, we would need to perform additional calculations to determine location
bandwidth in order to make sure oversubscription doesn't occur on the link
for audio or video.
