[cisco-voip] locations based CAC and video marking

I think I know the answer but would like to confirm. What would be the ramificaion with Location based CAC if video gets marked as EF as well as voice? My guess is that video would then take up bandwidth in the PQ which CAC would not account for. Am I off base on this? Thanks!
