In the 11.8.x release notes it mentions certain events like un-clustering will
trigger the subordinate expressway to be factory reset. Not sure if this is
the case for you, but worth checking.

Yep, the Expressway code, CUCM, IM, and Jabber software are all really messed
up right now. They’re trying to force out new features like multi-line,
persistent group chat on mobile, APNS, multi device support, etc… As a result
though they’re breaking prior working features and also bringing

Not sure what’s going on, but it’s not good.

I am also curious if there is any documentation for this. When I asked Cisco
HTTS support recently they said it is round robin. In my environment though I
see inbound B2B calls from Webex hitting the same CUCM Sub.

documentation or support shows that they just want their customers to use Webex
Teams for chat.
