*Job Title: Senior QA Lead*

*Location:Cincinnati, OH*

*Type of hire:   6+ months Contract*

*Position Description:*

The QA Lead is responsible for quality and test related process execution
with high impact to the business.

This includes providing feedback on artifacts developed during requirements
and analysis phase within client projects; authoring test plans and test
cases; and performing / leading test execution for both project and support
related activities.

The QA lead is responsible for leading a team of test professionals,
located locally or remotely in the US or India.

The QA lead is responsible for coordinating all phases of testing: system
integration testing, system testing, end to end testing, performance
testing, security testing.

Testing can be manual or automated (Selenium Web Driver preferred).

The Kroger QA lead should be familiar with the Agile Methodology as well as
be familiar with Automation technologies.



*Position/Project Specific Requirements:*

· 5+ years of QA Lead experience

· Very strong background in Integration and End-to-End testing

· Demonstrated experience in coordinating tasks and dependencies
across test teams

· Prior experience coordinating the test effort of 3rd party
vendors and their software

· 1+ years of Agile methodology experience

· Prior experience testing web services (SOA) or leading SOA test
efforts

· Seasoned experience with using Quality Center/ALM for test case
management

· Prior experience using Jira for defect tracking

· Very comfortable using T-SQL or PL/SQL for database validation

· Prior experience using *Selenium Web Driver/Java* for test
automation



*Position/Project Specific Preferences/Desires:*



· Prefer Agile methodology being utilized in the current/most
recent project

· Prefer experience in the SAFe Agile approach

· Prefer having a Bachelors Degree in a related field of study

Urgent Requirement for QA Lead

Position : QA Lead

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Length: 9-12 Months

Rate: $45+ expenses (Flight/Hotel/Meal Allowance)






Our client has asked us to provide a QA lead to work with the business side to 
develop test cases specific to most common ICD-10 scenarios/contracts and also 
model data/EDI feeds with the EDI team to generate ICD-10 formatted claims. 







Responsibilities:


• Development of Test Strategy o Approach and use of automated testing 
(including identification of vendor if needed) o Strategy for performance/load 
testing (including identification of vendor if needed) o Test Strategy for iCES 
upgrade o Overall test strategy for Facets 5.01 upgrade 

• Development of detailed test plans for regression, parallel and user 
acceptance testing.

• Manage execution of detailed test plans and tasks across multiple business 
departments.

• Development of process to track and manage completion of testing (using 
Rally).

• Facilitate the preparation of detailed test cases with project team members. 
Ensures that the testers have documented test cases/scenarios, expected, and 
actual testing results per client change control standards.

• Development of metrics to report on the status of testing. 

• Track and lead resolution of detailed testing issues. 

• Identify and work with PM to manage testing risks. 

• Global understanding of supported systems, environments, data models, data 
flows, Facets on-line and batches, replication, GDS incremental, interfaces 
into supported systems (e.g. Lawson) to manage testing dependencies. 

• Coordinates timing of batches, interfaces, and extracts across multiple 
business areas and technical teams to support internal and external testing. 

• Ensures business sign-off of test tracking documents prior to implementation 
of a product.
