Would it be possible for someone to provide a readable
clamav-0.88.3.tar.gz.sig? This file seems to be
universally unreadable on all the mirrors.

I'm new to this list and a new user of clamav on a Mac platform.
Today I received a message to upgrade clamav.
I downloaded the new version from a U.K. mirror and the download was
flagged by clamav and put into my quarantine folder.

It sounds like your clamav is finding the test virus files and then
flagging the whole download as bad. As long as you don't have clamav
altering the file you should be fine to move it and build the new
version.

Ultimately I would rather define by domain which files get scanned as a
temporary solution until I upgrade the mail server to a collaboration type
server. If this isn't possible without upgrading to something more along
the lines of AmaVIS, then I will bite the bullet and wait, because I don't
