Click the 0.82 link, you'll get the sourceforge page which lists 0.83

Is there a performance benefit to using --external? I'm wondering if
this is similar to the clamscan/clamdscan performance difference. Does
clamav-milter cache the virus database when running in the internal
mode, or does it have to load it for each message?
