I have blank DVDs. I can't bring a monitor though because I'll be taking

Hey, that's a good idea: data migration day at CLUG. People can bring
their old computers to the meeting, and we'll try to backup the data and
bring it into the new decade. I've got an external USB to IDE adaptor
and a DVD burner that can be plugged into it.

Certainly, that could be done. A lot of hardware can still run modern Linux.
I'll bring each CentOS version in case anyone needs some old-school Red
Hat love (as well as the brand-spanking new discs).
Maybe someone could bring in the older Ubuntu LTS's?

Slackware still has it's place. I usually use Ubuntu or Mint as a
desktop but Slackware rules my servers. I'll bring my Slack13 DVD for
the hordes of converts ;)
