Yes Jeannie, I was a farm kid in the mid west and was exposed to the
chemicals of the late 40's and 50's. I have conversed with myself about
dumping gasoline on myself when I filled the tractor 2 daily, Airplane
sprayed the cornfield each year. I ran the handheld sprayer to kill weeds
and
I walked between 5 diesel buses for half an hour on a trip once, deciding which
bus I should get on. Have always wondered about the benzene in the diesel
fuel.not good. This was about a year before detection.

Yes Jeanie they did spray a lot especially for mosquitoes, deer ticks fleas
especially on Staten Island or any property that is open to any of them.
Take for example the two land fills packed with rotting garbage.

Some of the possible causes of my CML:
1. Very high levels of high voltage such as main power line feeders with at
least 300,000 volts.
2. I was in charge of a radio broadcast transmitter and worked there for
two years
3. I was the chief engineer for a television station and at

One day at a supermarket I was in the direct line of fire when an old lady on a
scooter hit a display of Javex. It splashed all over me.completely ruined
my clothes...and I had to drive home on that VERY HOT summer day(two hr drive)
in clothing

Deep grief over loss of hubby

I was donating blood and having lots of tooth X-rays when I got it. Just don't
know. Was around a lot of pesticides in my generation. Always spraying for
mosquitos and such when I was a girl. Lived by a strawberries farm and they
sprayed every day. No sickness of any kind until CML. Go
