How we knew my drug quit working is my platelets and wbc went into millions and I got really sick. Mutations. I was on Gleevec for 5 years when it quit working. Only on Tasigna for a few months then finally talked my onc into sprycel. Sprycel worked good for 4 years. See chart below. Just
