The keel on your boat looks much more modern than that in the specs. That said
“more modern” is more of a late 70’s very early 80svintage so is possible that
it came that way I suppose. The keel on the line drawing looks a lot more like
a CC 33-1

That makes sense as this boat is supposed to be a modified 33-1. Same hull and
sail plan but with a modified deck and interior layout. Maybe they also used
different keels. From what I have been able to find, there were very few of the
¾ ton customs made (maybe 3) and they were made in their

I think those are actually check stays rather than running backs based on the
angle.
I don't think I have ever seen a listing with so many pictures. Some kind of
new record. The boat looks good but the hatch behind mast seems different and
maybe too large?

If indeed that is a 35-1, that is one tricked out 35-1! Suspect it will
sell quickly at that price.
Yeah, inline shrouds.
However, 61' air clearance? 126 beam? 42 LOA?

I'm pretty sure this boat also has a Brit Chance designed deep-fin keel,
its PHRF base rating is 117 vs. 126 because of that.

When I look at picture #10, it looks like this boat has both back stays
and check stays, as well as a back stay. Very unusual for a mast head
rigged boat.

Same here.
Anyone wants a sailing fix in the winter and happen to come to the Atlanta

Not so unusual for CC in the early 80s to have babystay, checks
inline shrouds on a masthead rig, bendy in the day. That mast looks
like it might be a Kenyon and is defiantly not the original extrusion
that I have.

That boat has some interesting features. The lowers normally spread out fore
and aft, so the baby-stay and check stays must be compensating for that. The
baby-stay going through the middle of the V-berth kind of makes that boat a
tough sell to anyone wanting to sleep up there. The forward water
