How much room is involved to fix the wobble? Microns or millimeters? If a reasonable size, you could use a pourable urethane instead of epoxy, which would be brittle. Something with a durometer of 50-60 would be pretty rigid but still give some shock bounce. Check Smooth-on.com for more info on

Well, I stained the steps and they look pretty good. A little darker than the original, but nice tone. In future, I would go with half the amount of Provincial, so 1:4:4. I think it will look fine in the boat and I don't care if it matches because the woodwork in the boat is all over the place

Salt can precipitate and plug coolant passages along with other gunk so a good chemical cleaning might be in order from time to time. You could probably get an idea how bad things are the next time you replace zincs or check the thermostat. I've heard of using vinegar. Prestone and Peak make

I've done a few deck peels. I use a vibrating saw to cut the skin. Cuts a nice thin line. Makes replacing the peeled skin easier. Remove all the bad core but leave a ledge of the original core around the cut. This will make it easy to get the right elevation when you replace the skin. Dennis

The 3/4 inch one is still a keel bolt, and a ground point. The keel is thinner there and probably has a sloping leading edge so that bolt is smaller as there is less keel for it to be buried in. You really do need to know the diameter of your keel bolts to answer the question about torque value.

MD Products EPDM gaskets have lasted more than 12 years on either of my boats. At Lowes it is something like $16 for a big roll - at least 25 feet. The spline that house on the outside of the lens and holds it into the frame is available from any glass shop that repairs aluminum storm doors.
