Hi Brandon,
You might want to consider Interlux Perfection two parts.. It's a little
more expensive but when you do it right, the results can be spectacular
and it's extremely resilient and resistant to abrasion. I painted my
bright red boot stripe with it 2 years ago= Zero fade, zero wax,
lone.

I find EasyPoxy to be a lot softer than Brightsides, and definitely takes
longer to cure hard. I have never tried the Rustoleum paint,

If you do not know what paint was used previously it is strongly recommended
that you prime. You do not know what if any reaction may take place between
the old and new paint
