It seems that TMC (in Taiwan) is the manufacturer. After a long search of
the internet, it appears that the TMC foot pumps are available in the U.S.
from Five Oceans in Miami. I hope they are as well made as they were in the

My boat has knockoff Whale Galley foot pumps. They look identical to the
Whale pumps. but the mounting is different. I got them directly from TMC
International, but their web site address no longer works. You can see
them on ebay here:
