I have a 10 inch samsung with Opencpn and have opencpn on my sam phone. I would like to get ais as well , can I do that with my tablet? I have an old green screen Raytheon radar and would like something newer but this unit is working ok so that is on the back burner. I also have  a Dell laptop

Chuck, That is the best place to do it — and I’ve seen others there. The only problem I’ve heard of is the need to install new thru hulls for the AC as it’s not a good idea to share your engine intake. Take lots of photos. All the best, Edd --- Edd M.

I wonder if they were the older, original style that didn't have the water vent tube. I believe you are supposed to 'Burp' the seal upon launch, to get the air out. I have never done this, and never had any problem. I would think you would have to really be spinning the shaft pretty fast to

I preferred the old PSS/PYI seals without the vent since it made one less complication during install. It added user responsibility... The guy at the sailboat show didn't indicate that the last-drop seals were more or less for power or sail. I assume that both companies will provide critical
