Does anybody know the forestay length of a 30 MK I as it came from the factory, 
with the rig properly tuned for 8” of mast rake?

Hi Dwight,

I believe a pulpit and lifelines were supplied originally and removing or 
changing the original design means accepting some liabilty.  Don't know of any 
law except some lifeline requirements for racing which change from time to time 
and can be different for individual races.
