I recieved word regarding an adult male Surf Scoter that was being seen roughly
30 minutes ago at the east end of Fossil Creek Reservoir in Fort Collins, CO.
Being a decently sized reservoir, my personal suggestion would be to bring a
scope.

Me and Fawn Simonds found a Winter Wren at Jackson Lake State Park 1/10 of a
mile down the road north from the visitor's center at a bend in the road.
Chattering infrequently. Was around 10:00 A.M.
