At 10:15 this morning, I spotted a Mississippi Kite circling over the main pond @ FCNC. He was being harassed by perhaps 30 swallows and red-winged blackbirds. He was in the area for about 10 minutes and several folks enjoyed the sighting. this is my first sighting there this year.
