Late this afternoon two *Wilson's Snipe* surprised me when they flushed up
as I walked along Deer Creek near the Hildebrand Ranch parking lot. In
fact, they were the *only* birds I noted during 20 minutes there, aside
from a party of geese passing over. They flew up one after the other,

The annual Ft. Morgan/Weldona CBC was held today, and if I hear veteran
compiler, Bruce Bosley correctly, this was the 50th count in the circle. I'm
posting this to Cobirds because I think there will be interest among the
Cobirds community, but I hope Bruce posts the official version later.

I just watched the Harris's Hawk fly in from the west and land out of sight
on the south side of Hageman's recycling center next to the Colorado
Welcome Center on Prospect Blvd in Fort Collins.
