Luca, I'm using version 2.1 (Tomcat, W2K). I suspect it is a cocoon issue. I've serialized the svgGenerator to the console and it seems ok, somewhere after where it streams it to the contentHandler that it seems to strip out the tag names. It could be the xml serializer, though the svg serializer
