i use to have untranslated texts caused by
1.wrong keys
2.cocoon caching system
1. check your key values
2. del tomcat's working directory

I dont have anything like untranslated-text in my sitemap configuration,,,
I cannot understand where does this untranslated-text comes from??

Take a look at i18n transformer configuration in you
