key on the
channel, it's not only the ops of the channel that sees the channel key but
also the non-ops.
Here's what I see from the non-opped client:
[12:54] * Hidden sets mode: -k key
[12:54] * USP sets mode: +k key
That's exactly what I see from the opped client: it shows the key
? irc clients are getting confused atm .. and my script too,
(easy to fix though). Or this is a 'wanted' change ?
I just thought I should let you know.

Hi c-c people,
I asked an ircop to take the nick Hidden` and to kill a friend of mine and
here's what I got:
[00:30] *** VaL[0Qp] ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) Quit
(Killed (Hidden` (C'est ta conscience qui t'parle. T encore en train
d'bouffer ?)))
Everything's fine in the quit
s in coding and time to dedicate to coder-com but your absence *will*
make a difference.
Thanks for being what you are, and I hope your wrist problem wont affect too
much your other activities.
friendly,

n, he can +sntmilk and kick everyone.
Theres no need to remove the possibility to ban *!*@*. It's up to the
manager to choose his ops. And like Isomer said, it's hard to determine what
is too wide.
I think we should just forget about making changes on banning *!*@*.

Thanks for being so attentive to the X/ircu/services codes.

how disabling remote motds will reduce the DoS/hacks on undernet servers ? I
dont see the need to disable it, I dont see any positive point. We usually
do /motd to know the rules of servers (like bots).
anyway, I wish an answer to this, like BJ :)
